  while Aversa hoagies are good, I recently ordered a " tray " of hoagies with 4 whole hoagies, nothing special ~ 1 roast beef, 1 turkey and 2 regular Italian. The bill came to $80.24. Each hoagie is $13.49 with tax which I calculate to $57.74. When I asked about it I was told that is the fee to cut and present on a tray. So if you can use a knife and cut your four hoagies, you can save yourself $23.00. And, no, I was not informed of this up charge prior to the sale. In addition, I place the call at 10 AM for an 11:30 AM pick-up and was originally told that they needed more time. This is not the first customer service issue I have had at the Greentree Rd store
